My only complaint about the room is the tv kept losing signal. We did have to call and request a few more towels as there were only 3 in our room. There we plenty of pillows and the beds were comfy enough. The room itself was in very nice shape, clean and well appointed with both a microwave and mini fridge. Check in couldn't have went any better! The Room: We received a room in the South wing, on the 1st floor. The check in clerk included the vouchers without me having to ask,and I was pleasantly surprised. While checking in I was going to ask about the vouchers, as the operator I booked with over the phone didn't mention that I wouldn't get them due to my checking in on a Sat. I had booked a package over the phone that included $50 in food vouchers to be used at on site resturants, and after booking noticed it was good only Sun-Thurs. Check in: Waited in line less than 5 minutes, clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable. We chose this particular place as it was my daughters birthday and this is where she wanted to go. Stayed in a Standard Double Queen Room with my wife, 8 year old daughter and her friend on Saturday 11/22.
